This 2007 Hunter 36 is located on the Massachusetts South Shore, with easy access to Buzzards Bay. The current slip has been paid for this (2015) season, and can be made available to the new owner.

Powered by a Yanmar diesel, she has 1185 hours on her.
The interior is in excellent shape. As you go down the companionway, the galley is to starboard with a refrigerator, 2 burner propane stove and microwave. Aft of the galley is the roomy 2 berth owners aft cabin.
To port of the galley is the navigation station with a freezer just below that.
Plenty of seating down in the main cabin the dinette also folds down to give room to sleep 7 comfortably, The boat has heat and air conditioning, and even though there is no generator, there is plenty of room to install one if required.
She comes with a DVD and flat screen TV for entertainment for the kids, or the adults when not sailing.
Up on deck, there is the traditional Hunter in-mast furling on the main as well as roller furling on the jib.
